#6 Industrial Revolution: Erin Gallagher

The working conditions during the Industrial Revolution that caused workers in western countries to organize was that workers had low wages, poor housing, long hours, injuries caused by harsh working conditions, and more. In order to improve these conditions they went on strikes, demanding shorter hours and better pay. They formed labor unions in order to come together and recieve better working conditions.
